Pin the ricochet outcome in the vector mutation test

The test only checked that the velocity and normal survived the call, so a
future early return ahead of the reflection math would leave it green while
it covered nothing. It now also verifies the reflected arrow is spawned.
Renamed to match the behavior-first names of its siblings.
